Jay O’Toole is the VP of Estimating, Public Construction for Greenwood Industries. In addition to his core job responsibilities, Mr. O’Toole is charged with the training of all new estimators and serving as the liaison between Project Management and Submittals departments.

Mr. O’Toole joined Greenwood as an Estimator in 2000. Before joining the company, he served as a Project Manager and Estimator for McManus Excavating and Design Engineer for The Massachusetts Highway Department.

Mr. O’Toole has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnical Institute.
