  • Annual Roof Inspection with Comprehensive Report

    A Greenwood Roof Services Manager will investigate your roof system, ensuring your roof is working effectively and identify any supplemental repairs that may need to be performed to maintain the roof system warranty. Repairs will be investigated and deemed warrantable or non-warrantable – ensuring that any actions follow best practices and are in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Roof Clean-Up: Drains, gutters & debris

    We follow a detailed checklist, including cleaning drains, removing debris, and caulking any minor areas of concern.

  • Exterior Envelope Evaluation

    A Greenwood Roof Services Manager, along with a representative from The Waterproofing Company, America’s oldest waterproofing contractor, will perform a comprehensive full exterior envelope evaluation of your building. Upon completion, our team will provide an investigative report with recommended actions to protect the exterior of your building.

  • Complimentary Service Call

    If a service visit is deemed necessary by one of our project managers, we will send one of our on-call service technicians to the facility covered by your GPA plan.
