Attention Contractors!
Important Roof Warranty Guidelines
If you are working on this roof, please be aware that fit-out work, including but not limited to the following may void the roof’s warranty.
- Installation of Equipment
- Electrical and Utility Work
- Plumbing and Drainage
- Structural Additions
- Weatherproofing Adjustments
- Adding Safety Equipment
- Placing decorative elements
It’s critical to coordinate any of these activities with the roof warranty holder or GRS professionals to prevent damage or void the warranty.
Note: Leaks or warranty claims typically require written notification within five (5) days of the issue.
