Greenwood Performance Advantage™

This is the Greenwood Performance Advantage™ (GPA™), an innovative two-year program of complimentary services that ensure your roof and exterior building envelope system are performing properly, protecting the people and assets within.

The GPA™ consists of five elements:

  • Two Annual Roof Inspections with Comprehensive Reports

    Our service team will inspect your roof system on an annual basis, to ensure your roof is working effectively. We’ll identify any supplemental repairs needed to maintain the roof system warranty. During the inspection, we will clean drains, remove debris, and caulk any minor areas of concern.

  • 360º Rooftop Safety Audit

    Our comprehensive rooftop safety inspection follows OSHA’s Hierarchy of Fall Protection, the gold standard of safety procedures. Our experts will inspect your rooftop for potential hazards and offer recommendations to protect the people who need to access your roof.

  • Exterior Envelope Evaluation

    Our expertise goes beyond your roof. At your request, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation of the entire exterior envelope of your building. We will provide a detailed investigative report with recommended actions that may be needed to protect the exterior of your building from water penetration.

  • Dedicated Support Line

    GPA™ customers get priority access to our service and maintenance team via a dedicated customer support line. Calling the number will connect you directly to our dispatch team for questions or rapid response to urgent matters, including leak containment, emergency roof repairs, timely weather needs and maintenance requirements.

  • Supplemental Property Roof Inspection

    As a bonus for GPA™ customers, we will provide one free roof inspection, with a comprehensive report, for an additional building or structure that you own or manage. This service will help you evaluate the health of an additional roof and develop a capital plan for needed repairs, or even a roof replacement if that is indicated.

Every GPA™ registration includes online access to our interactive web-based building management portal. Clients can use the app to request service, track scheduled calls, view photos, download roof inspections and comprehensive reports. You will also have visibility into future work required on your sites, and can review repair and maintenance quotes, scheduled work, invoices, warranties and more.
