Matthew A. Brown is the Chief Operating Officer for Greenwood Industries. Matt oversees daily operations and aggressively manages acquisitions with a keen view towards expansion. In overseeing day-to-day operations, he manages suppliers, subcontractors, and strategies and sets a standard that promotes the vision and culture at Greenwood. Before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2015, Mr. Brown was Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer and finally Chief Operating Officer in 2015.

Mr. Brown graduated from Bates College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He then attended Pepperdine for his MBA and the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Munich for an MBA in International Business.

Mr. Brown is active in business associations and local non-profit organizations outside of Greenwood. He is the Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts and Vice President of CS Insurance Captive.
