Laura Hebert is the Vice President of Human Resources at Greenwood Industries. In her role, Ms. Hebert is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of employee benefits, payroll functions, compliance, and health and safety programs. She also oversees the hiring process for the company and collaborates with management to deliver Greenwood Industries’ company mission and core values.

Prior to joining Greenwood, Ms. Hebert served as the Human Resources Director for the Lacerta Group LLC, as well as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Consigli Construction.

Ms. Hebert is a Southern New Hampshire University graduate with an M.S. in Human Resources Management and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from The University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. She also holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
