Amica Mutual Pavilion
Formerly known to locals as “The Dunk” a major re-roof was conducted of the Amica Mutal Pavilion’s main roof. The large roof houses a 14,000 person capacity arena and was re-roofed with a Siplast bitumen roof system.

Housed in a historic train station building, Greenwood served as general contractor on an extensive restoration on the Buzzard’s Bay Chamber of Commerce building envelope. This included a Ludowici tile re-roof to match the historic roof, repairs to the tower chimney, support colums and other work to make the 19th century building shine.
The current home of Boston’s iconic Citgo sign, the Kenmore Beacon received a full modernization that included a full re-roof. In addition to TPO roofs the building also received multiple paver decks looking out on the Fenway district.
Considered one of the most haunted buildings in America, Greenwood installed EPDM roofs on this distinctive building as well as hatch guards to ensure it can be accessed safely. In addition, the metal team installed metal trim.
This historic poolhouse is located in a scenic spot on the Charles River in Cambridge. Greenwood re-roofed the building with a brand new EPDM roof to keep it leak free for the next generation of bathers.
Greenwood performed a historic restoration on the slate roof of this Rhode Island government building. In addition to re-roofing the slate, Greenwood also restored the cupola. The cupola was removed, brought to Greenwood’s metal shop and meticulously restored.

A Boston icon, the New England Aquarium has been treasured by the region for decades. Greenwood re-roofed its low slope roofs with TPO as well as installing a paver deck.
Western Avenue Studios and Lofts is the largest artist community in the country. Located in a historic mill complex in Lowell, Western Ave Studios uses Greenwood for a variety of services. Greenwood has re-roofed sections of the complex, performed roof restorations, masonry repair, waterproofing and also general roof repairs.
The Goodnow Library is a picturesque public library in the hills of Princeton, MA. Greenwood re-roofed its main roof with slate to match its historic charm.
Just outside of Albany, Greenwood’s Hudson Falls office re-roofed this large school. The half a dozen roofs were capped off by new EPDM roof systems.
