Francis M. Leahy Elementary sits on a limited footprint and cannot fit a traditional playground outside of the school. Instead, a playground was installed on top of a Hydrotech roof system installed by Greenwood Industries. This plaza deck install won Sika’s Project of the Year Award for Waterproofing. Other sections of the roof are covered by a large Sarnafil system.
