Copley Place Mall is topped by a large paver deck. This massive deck was recently replaced in two phases. In the course of this re-roof, almost 50,000 individual pavers were installed on this massive roof overlooking the city of Boston.

The New York State Capitol Courtyard is a roof system that protects the building’s systems such as water and HVAC. Greenwood Industries performed an extensive restoration on the copper Hawk Street Passage and the exterior courtyard to bring them closer to the capitol architect’s original vision. The exterior area was formerly an inaccessible EPDM roof, but is now a paver deck that can be enjoyed by workers and visitors. The project won both a Copper in Architecture Award and an ENR Award of Merit.
The current home of Boston’s iconic Citgo sign, the Kenmore Beacon received a full modernization that included a full re-roof. In addition to TPO roofs the building also received multiple paver decks looking out on the Fenway district.
Woburn’s newly constructed Fire Headquarters features a number of Greenwood roofs. 10 TPO roofs were installed throughout the facility as well as a paver deck and roof accessories for safe access.

A Boston icon, the New England Aquarium has been treasured by the region for decades. Greenwood re-roofed its low slope roofs with TPO as well as installing a paver deck.
This carbon neutral building uses no outside fossil fuels with its roofs being a very visible green feature. The building features 7 green roofs installed on Hydrotech roof systems with stunning views of Boston. In addition the top floor is capped off by a Sarnafil PVC roof system.
Boston’s school for the arts was relocated to a large, modern facility overlooking Fenway Park. Greenwood not only installed a new PVC flat roof but also a paver deck overlooking the Fenway district.
Located on the campus of UMass Chan, the Worcester VA Clinic serves our area veterans. In addition to the flat roof on top of the building Greenwood also installed a paver deck on its lower roof.
This luxury high rise in Boston’s seaport district features a unique roof. The roof features a pool deck, paver decks and green roof overburdens. Now residents can enjoy this little urban oasis overlooking Boston Harbor.
