Brooke E. Andreozzi is the Director of Corporate Development at Greenwood Industries. She leads mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and strategic growth initiatives. She partners with senior leadership to evaluate and execute transformational opportunities that support Greenwood’s expansion strategy.

Before joining Greenwood, Ms. Andreozzi served as an Investment Banking Vice President at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC, where she executed middle-market mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and debt recapitalizations. She also held a role at GreyLion Capital as a Private Equity Associate, where she worked with portfolio company management teams and evaluated investment opportunities across multiple sectors.

Ms. Andreozzi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Business Law.
