Single-Ply Roofing

Single Ply roofing systems consist of a single layer of roofing membrane. TPO, PVC and EPDM membranes all deliver excellent weather resistance and long-term strength and flexibility. These membranes are known be almost impervious to punctures and tears. In addition, PVC is exceptionally resistant to chemicals, grease and UV light. Cleaner, wider sheets, ease of heat welding and flexibility in a wide range of temperatures are all reasons why contractors like working with Single Ply roofing systems. Applications range from fully adhered, mechanically fastened or ballasted. Single Ply roofing systems deliver high performance in both new roof and re-cover applications.
